Bristol to host first ever Regional Fairtrade Business Awards

business awards

The first ever Fairtrade Business Awards for the South West region are open for applications today. The aim of the Awards is to increase sales of, and support for Fairtrade amongst businesses in the region, by promoting those businesses that support Fairtrade and encouraging others to do more. Increasing sales of Fairtrade products enables more small producers in the developing world to make a sustainable living.

As a result of taking part in the Awards, we have reviewed our purchasing process and added all available Fairtrade products’ Minuteman Press, Silver Bristol Fairtrade Business award winners 2012.

Following the successful launch of Fairtrade Business Awards in Bristol in March 2012, the South West Awards will have a wider reach and additional categories:

  1. Best Fairtrade Office
