Disability Ministry & Mission Network in Bristol

Christian disability charity Through the Roof, is initiating this network.
With Christ at the centre, the vision for the network is for a UK church enriched by the full involvement of disabled people and their families.

The network aims to:

· Build supportive relationships of shared values
· Connect Christians with existing activities
· Serve local churches to grow inclusive church together

Members of these networks – who are young and not-so-young, with personal or professional experience of disability – achieve this through praying together, offering an ‘open conversation’ to church leaders, and organising training and events that demonstrate a Christian approach to inclusion.

We had our first meeting in Bristol a few months ago and are having another meeting in March, date and venue to be confirmed.
