Main Responsibilities:
|
Supervising and organizing team. Working in a busy environment and working to deadlines.
Working closely with Operations Manager and other Team Leaders.
Attending Team Leaders meetings once a week.
Painting, decorating & gardening
Other ad hoc duties
NB: External work done in rain, wind & snow (wet weather clothing provided)

To promote and uphold all Scout Enterprises (Western) Ltd Policies and Procedures.

To ensure all contract administration and paperwork is completed in a timely manner

To undertake other duties, on behalf of the Company as directed by senior management
Experience:

Painting & decorating experience (Essential)

Gardening experience (desired)

Ability to give clear instructions and train new staff

Ability to work well under pressure

Good communicator with a mature, adaptable and positive attitude
Other:

Must be physically fit and in good health

Driving Licence (essential) (max. of 6 points)

NVQ or other qualification in either painting and decorating and/or gardening (desirable)

PASMA certificate holder (desirable)

First Aid certificate (desirable)
