Oasis Chaplain in Bristol
Are you the kind of person who wants to get totally involved in a local community? Are you passionate about community transformation?
Oasis is looking to appoint motivated, dynamic, person into a brand new post of Oasis Chaplain in an Oasis Hub in Bristol. If you think this might be you, could you:
· Develop, lead and manage a chaplaincy team that delivers a range of services such as pastoral care, family support, mentoring and community activities
· Provide spiritual guidance and support to staff and students of the Oasis Academy and the wider Oasis Hub.
· Be the tangible portrayal of the Oasis ethos – modelling, teaching and representing our Oasis ethos values of inclusion, equality, relationships, hope and perseverance.
· Develop and grow an Oasis Church within the Hub setting
An Enhanced CRB Disclosure will be needed for this post and there is an occupational requirement for applicants to actively embrace the Christian ethos and values of Oasis
