I am writing to invite you to join an inspiring day of campaigning and worship on the issues of climate change and global poverty. On the eve of the Conservative party conference, we will stand together in solidarity with the world’s poor, who are already suffering first and worst from the effects of a changing climate.
We’re excited to announce that South African activist and theologian, Prof. Tinyiko Maluleke, will speak on how the global church and Christians can lead action on climate change. We are also planning to quiz a senior UK politician on whether the coalition is shaping up to be the ‘greenest government ever’.
We would love you to join us.
