ONE MONTH TO GO...

...AND YOU CAN STILL GET INVOLVED! (sign up)

You may have heard our recent sad news that we have to close our award winning mother and baby home, Naomi House, due to a lack of available funding. This means more than ever we need your support to enable women to permanently break free from our streets and achieve their full potential. Taking part in 'Give it up' could be your opportunity to make a huge difference in a time when we need it the most.

Give something up for 125 hours before 8th March and use JustGiving to raise money through getting sponsorshipdonating savings and paying fines.  For inspiration, view our list of 125 ideas of things to give up HERE. Here are some of our favourite pledges so far:

Lydia1Lydia: "
I feel a duty to do what I can to break the cycles of abuse, violence and addiction that we see too often in out society. And so.....I'm giving up wearing anything other than the same pair of stupid jeans for MONTHS!"

125 days to be exact. Any girl out there will agree that is pretty impressive! SPONSOR LYDIA HERE

TariqeditedTariq: "This cold bleak winter, I am raising money for this brilliant charity by giving up, for 125 days, the one thing I love the most… Video Games!"

Tariq has been sharing hilarious daily annecdotes of his challenge on Facebook- here are some of our favourite. If you want to donate some coins (or rotating golden rings) you can SPONSOR TARIQ HERE

gemmajosiane1Josaine:"It didn't take long to decide that I could give up speech for 125 hours as one friend put it, 'Gemma minus talking is like sugar minus sweet...you belong together!' Their work is a wholehearted response to a genuine need in society: They want to address and positively impact that and so do I."

Josaine has even created a video appeal, well worth a watch (click here). SPONSOR JOSAINE HERE

Will you 'Give it up for One25'?
