On our Radar:   3-5th April - Easter Get Sported Camps, 21-22 March - School Games (Knowle Primary), 25-27 March - Resound Get Sported, 27th March - Prayer meeting @ Destiny Church, 28th March BS3 Churches Together, Apr 7 - Paris Marathon Crocodile Man??

We are blessed to have so many members of our team who passionately give to Get Sported and help us outreach in Knowle. In March Fran ran the Bath Half Marathon in a time of 2 hours 16 minutes. She said 'it was cold but it was worth running knowing that my efforts would go towards paying underprivileged children to come to camp'. So far Fran has raised £85. If you would like to sponsor her click here. Chris has bravely announced that he is running the Paris marathon in April as a crocodile. He is also raising money and both will be working with us on the Easter camp. If you would like to sponsor Chris please click here. 

Get Sported Camps Update
Praise God for answered prayer. 4 volunteers have come forward to help us on the first camp of the year. We met last week for an evening of training and socialising. It is not too late to join our team (please see below). On Friday we had some breakthrough with Connaught School and amazingly they have found funds for 10 of their children to attend not only at Easter but also for the rest of the year! We have also been meeting with the CAF team and will be offering a couple of places to the children that they work with. Please keep us in your prayers. We are going into this camp with limited funds and we are praying for £2000 to cover this years certificates, medals, prizes, facility costs and camp add ons (t-shirts, hats and wrist bands).  

Get involved - 3 people needed
Are you passionate about Jesus and like being around sporty like minded people?? Do you have a current CRB that allows you to work with children between 5 and 12 years?? Whether you are sporty minded, just enjoy working with children or just like to get involved as a volunteer we have a role for you. Easter Get Sported is looking for 2-3 more people who love Jesus, want to work with children and have some time to give on our multi-sport day camps at the Park. We are looking for people who have some time on their hands over the holidays and want to bless our children. If you can spend a couple of hours a day, half a day, a day or 3 days with us we want to hear from you. Do you know anyone who can help us. Volunteering is rewarding and we can't do it without you. Cricket Tournament - June

CST Meetings
