Time for celebration!

Thank you for all you have done for One25 in the last year. Whether you have volunteered, skydived, prayed, donated or spread the word, this year you have made the biggest impact on the women’s lives EVER.

Thirty-nine courageous, remarkable women have broken free from the streets. That's one in five women who were trapped on Bristol's streets last year! In the face of overwhelming barriers, each woman caught onto the hope we held for her safer, happier future and began to believe she was worth it.

Please join us in celebrating their achievement!

I am delighted to send you One25’s annual report for 2012/13. Our report is packed with inspirational quotes and stories from all involved in One25 – service users, volunteers, staff, trustees and supporters – and celebrates the numbers of women who have changed their lives this year. After you've read it, please pass it on to your family and friends to help us spread the good news!

AGM and Annual Celebration!

We would love you to join us at our AGM and Annual Celebration on the 28th October. We were so encouraged year to share stories and successes with such a packed out room.

One guest said: “The whole evening had a huge buzz – I feel part of something making a big difference.”

This year’s AGM will take place on Monday 28th October 2013 from 6.30pm, at Clarke Willmott. Please RSVP to Sue Hazelden.

Send the women encouragement!

A team of service users have chosen to ‘Fire Walk’: that is, walk 20 feet barefoot on burning coals to raise money for their charity! These brave women are dedicated to ‘giving something back’ and are so excited to see how much they'll raise by the 4
th October. Please show them support by donating on their page and leaving a message of encouragement.

Sarah says: It’s a great opportunity to show everyone how grateful I am to One25. I was broken and wanted to die six years ago when I first came to drop in. Today I'm clean [from drugs], I have a home and I like myself. Roll on the fire walk because I can walk tall and proud today!”

"My life has changed beyond belief. Your loving support saved me." Sarah
