New Christian film "Miracles from Heaven"
A new Christian film "Miracles from Heaven" (12A) is coming to Bristol Cineworld, Bristol Showcase, Vue Cribbs Causeway and Vue Longwell Green from Friday 10th June 2016.
Full details can be found at miracles.damarismedia.com
The film has been advertised in the current edition of "Christianity" and IDEA magazines. Speaking on Premier Christian radio's breakfast show John Pantry said it was "a very powerful film...I couldn't stop talking about it afterwards - so inspiring!"
It would be great if you could encourage your congregation to make use of this opportunity. It would be particularly lovely if the film is well supported over the opening weekend as it may then be held over for a second week.
Golden Globe® winner Jennifer Garner stars as Christy Beam, a tenacious, devoted mother whose world is flipped upside down when her daughter Anna (Kylie Rogers) is struck with a rare, incurable disorder. With a parent’s fiercest determination, Christy summons the courage to do everything she can and beyond for her child, heading on a heart-gripping quest through a medical maze, even as her faith begins to flag. Yet, just when all truly seems lost, a series of unfathomable yet documented events unfold that leave not only Christy but doctors, family and community at once baffled and profoundly inspired by the astonishing mysteries life holds out to us.
Miracles from Heaven is based on the inspiring book and astonishing true story of the girl rescued by an out-of-the-blue accident – a rousing portrait of a family suddenly discovering joy and promise in the most tumultuous moment of their lives.
Do go and see it - bring your friends!
