Bristol Noise in 2025
Whilst there is no large one-off Bristol Noise event in 2025 we wanted to tell you what Bristol Noise is doing and share some of the locally based community events and projects which are taking place across Bristol. Bristol Noise still exists and is working through a new project expression called Noise 365.
Noise 365’s vision is to ensure that the benefits of the Bristol Noise annual events and projects could be felt all year round, ensuring longevity through local groups being resourced by Bristol Noise. Noise 365 as the new expression of Bristol Noise is still very much rooted in Bristol communities to continue to:
“Empower and equip volunteers to show God’s love in practical ways
365 days of the year.”

Knowle West, South Bristol
Thanks to a dedicated team of local people from a number of churches in the area there is now a tools shed of Bristol Noise equipment for local projects to hire and ongoing community events. We have also been able to resource this area further with help from Just Love student society from the University of Bristol, and corporate volunteering days from companies like Arup.
This has all meant that since May 2024, there have been 2 community fun days at St Barnabas, multiple litter picking days, and practical projects where 2 community gardens will be created. Another large community event is planned for May 2025.
We have also resourced other projects in South Bristol, through Woodlands Southside, where a community cafe at Brislington URC has been established. Bristol Noise continues to explore more opportunities through other groups and churches, about impacting more areas in South Bristol. If you would like to know what resources we can offer do get in touch via our contact form here.

Partnership with North Bristol and
South Glos Foodbank
In partnership with North Bristol and South Gloucestershire’s nine Foodbank outlets, Noise 365 is working to provide support and resources to the existing outlets in order to expand into Community Connect Spaces. These include wraparound support for those collecting their food parcels, and is open to anyone in the community at the same time.
Noise 365's work compliments the great work already going on; which sees us networking with local organisations (local volunteers, other churches, debt advice organisations and active signposting to other support) in order to bring everything together in a welcoming space for clients to access help, advice and build longer term relationships.
Two Community Connect Spaces have begun to take shape in Resound Mangotsfield, and St Chad’s in Patchway. With community events happening in the area in Hambrook, Staple Hill and Charlton Hayes, we will have plenty of local people to invite into these community connect spaces.

We need your help to be able grow our new Noise 365 vision as part of Bristol Noise working in the city throughout the year.
If you can support us with a small gift this will go towards resourcing more churches and communities in Bristol to provide for their communities.

This is for anyone in local churches or organisations who is interested in learning how to run successful community events of different sizes in their neighbourhoods
With over 20 years of experience, two of our key volunteers are running this interactive training that will cover the essentials of putting on an engaging event for your community and support you to navigate the timeline of planning your event. It will cover topics such as:
-
Arranging the basic practicalities
-
Involving volunteers
-
Promoting the event
-
Gathering resources
-
Health and safety
Booking in advance is essential here. There is a suggested donation of £5 to cover Bristol Noise’s organisational costs. We strive to resource and equip people for little or no cost at all, so your donation will help keep us accessible to groups across the entire city. If you cannot donate, please do not let that put you off- you are who we do this for. |
