About Us - Love Family

Love Family is the name of the Family Sphere of Together4Bristol.

We are a network of Christian individuals, churches and organisations in the Bristol region with a heart to see families strengthened and flourishing.

Our mission is to pray for, encourage and champion churches and Christians who are working to support families in their local communities.

Vision

We believe strong marriages and families are key to a healthy society but we also know that for many of us, relationships can be a struggle. We long to see every couple and parent in the Bristol region have easy access to help and support for their relationships.

We want to encourage Christians in Bristol to model biblical principles of connection, forgiveness and love in their homes. We also long to see them help and support other families in their communities.

What we do

PRAY - We meet together once a month online and once a term in person to pray for each other and for issues impacting families in Bristol. We also have a WhatsApp prayer group.

CONNECT - We encourage and support each other by sharing information on events, training, resources and opportunities to do with marriage, parenting or family life.  We meet in person once a term to network, share experiences and encourage one another. We connect and work together with the local council especially in the areas of fostering, adopting and supporting vulnerable families.

EQUIP - We seek to grow together. We hold events to inspire, inform and resource Christians and churches in Bristol who support (or want to support) families in their communities.
