What has Noise 365 been doing?
Noise 365 continues to support and resource projects, events and initiatives across the city. Even though the annual city-wide event is no more, we are still seeing locally based events happening.
We firmly believe that individuals and organisations have an incredibly influential part to play in helping local people build relationships, and get practical help and support for any need. There are loads of brilliant organisations out there that we love connecting with, who all do incredible work on the detail of people’s specific circumstances.
We would love to tell you about what has been happening over the last 2 months:
Projects
St Barnabas, Knowle West held a community fun event supported by South Bristol Noise Volunteers and equipment.
We have had a ongoing referrals from organisations in the city to help with individual families needing practical help. These are often from social workers or schools, and are passed to local church contacts to follow up.
Events
We supported events in local schools, and community charities with resourcing for their summer events.
Partnerships
We have also been working with churches that are part of the North Bristol and South Gloucestershire Foodbank network. We are bringing different groups and organisations together, and will be launching a community connection space in Mangotsfield very soon.
Strategic planning
Noise 365 has been named as delivery partner for the Bristol Thriving Communities project, a collaboration between Good Faith Partnership and Christian Action Bristol
If we are in your area, or you want to connect with anything we are involved in, send us a message and we’d love to make contact!

Knowle West Community Event |
|
 |
On 24th May St Barnabas Church held a community fun day to share and show God’s love, joy and blessing with the local community. Volunteers came together from St Barnabas, Field Church (Vineyard), Lee Abbey and other South Bristol Noise volunteers. Local children enjoyed the bouncy castle, BBQ, crafts and games and a local resident commented after:
"There was such a fun positive atmosphere that I could see had a big positive effect on all who attended.
A real sense of peace and grace which we sometimes struggle to feel in the world around us. Our family and children and I all greatly appreciate all of your efforts. "

Resourcing local community events |
|
 |
Noise 365 has provided equipment and resources to a number of local events over the last few months:
- Community event held by Ignite Life UK charity working with young people to overcome adverse situations
- 2 school summer fairs
- St Barnabas Church Knowle West's community event
We have more booked in for the rest of the summer and all are offered on a donation - pay as you can basis so that resources are on offer to all, regardless of their financial situation. We want to remain in this manner, so we are reliant on donations and grants to fund these tools.
If you would like to make a donation to continue this work we would be grateful. You can donate via our website - link below.
