Hope for the City – Bristol 2026

It seems like young people are really starting to push back against their parents' agnosticism and are on the hunt for answers in a personal relationship with Jesus.

According to the latest Quiet Revival report from the Bible Society, about a third of young people believe in God, and 34% of 18–24-year-olds who don’t usually go to church would check it out if a friend invited them. With 92,000 kids under 18 in Bristol, many of us feel this is the perfect time for the Church in Bristol to step up and reach out to this generation that is so loved by the Father.

We’re super excited to announce a city-wide outreach event right in the heart of Bristol at the Canon’s Marsh Amphitheatre during the last week of May 2026!

Hope for the City – May 2026
Dates: Sunday, May 24th – Thursday, May 28th, 2026

We’ll have live music, inspiring testimonies, and baptisms, all aimed at sharing hope with everyone in the city.

How can I get involved?
First off, we’d love for you to pray for this initiative so we can raise the funds needed to make it happen. You can reach out to us at .

What should we do right away?
Mark your calendars and share this vision with your church! Also, consider making a financial pledge, which won’t be collected until the end of this year.

Will there be training?
Absolutely! We’re offering a free 10-week evangelism video course called Living & Telling by Agapé UK. You can check it out here: Living & Telling. Martin Riddell from our steering group is also available for support with this training.

Yes! To keep things clear when it comes to the gospel, we all stand together around the Evangelical Alliance Statement of Faith.

Looking forward to seeing how this all unfolds together!
