It's been far too long since our last newsletter, and we plan to update you on everything we are doing more often throughout this year. Here are a few things we have been doing in the last few months.
Bristol Chaplaincy
Bristol Chaplaincy continues to grow and new opportunities continue to open up for us. Towards the end of last year we launched a new chaplaincy at 'All Aboard Watersports' a charity who provide watersports to disabled adults and children.
We are also now partnering with a city centre church who are joining with us and increasing the number of days we are providing chaplaincy to the harbourside community.
Our main focus this year is launching new chaplaincies into businesses which we are hoping will provide a very much needed income stream into the charity. In the next few months we will be launching 'Wellbeing Audits', 'Wellbeing workshops' and 'Onsite business chaplaincy' services and will offering these to businesses throughout Bristol.
Have lots of volunteering opportunities and if you are interested in giving perhaps a morning of your time each month then check out the details on our website and get in touch.

Guests on a podcast
In November w e were invited as guests onto the Kingdomize Global podcast as part of their 'Solutionaries' series. If you would like to listen to our episode you can find it on youtube here - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xn1eR-pQ8Qo. We would love to hear what you think.

Embracing 'Slow'
As we began 2026, we really felt that God was calling us to embrace a new rhythm of being 'Slow'. Spending less time frantically running around and more time dwelling in God's presence and living with a lot less pressure. This is something we are continuing to work on, particularly Rich!
We are learning that it is the everyday ordinary things, done with greater gospel-intentionality, slowly over time, that make all the difference.
Slow is actually Fast, and Small is actually Big. |

Rebranding and New Website
At the end of last year, it was clear that Bristol Chaplaincy needed a re-brand and a new website as we prepare to engage more with businesses. We have so far been gifted £1500 towards the cost of this being professionally completed, and are excited that we will be able to launch the new website which includes new branding, logos, fonts and colours at the end of March. You may see a few hints in a few different places throughout this newsletter.
We are currently £750 short of the final cost of the website, and are praying that God will provide this in time for our final invoice.
If you would like to contribute to this outstanding cost we would very much appreciate your support, please get in contact. |

New Blog - "The Gospel is only Good News if it arrives on time"
One of the things we both really enjoy is sharing what God is speaking to us about, in Blogs, through our personal website 'The Faith Narrative'. Due to many different reasons we haven't been able to do this over the last few years but we are excited to share that we have today published a new blog. We are planning on creating a rhythm of writing every month, so watch this space. If you would like to read the blog you can find it on our website here - www.thefaithnarrative.co.uk |

Movement Leaders Collective Conference
Please pray for us on the 26th and 27th March as we attend a conference in Edinburgh. We will be spending time reconnecting, recalibrating and reimagining what it means to build faithfully on the foundation of Jesus, apostolic in design, prophetic in discernment, and rooted in Love. We are looking forward to connecting with other leaders from all over Europe who are also pioneering missional initiatives similar to Bristol Chaplaincy. |
