Maternity Cover

Hours: 15-22.5 hours per week
Type of contract Maternity cover (10 months, to March 2027)
Salary: £30,000 to £33,000 per annum pro rata
Place of Work: Working from home with team meetings in Bristol as required (approximately every 6 weeks)
Responsible to: The Directors
Commencement of this JD: 1 June 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter

Job summary

Critical to this role is the skillset to participate in the leadership of the organisation, specifically to deliver on the existing fundraising strategy and communications strategy to deliver the charity’s objectives. You will promote our values and ethos and represent the organisation externally at a senior level.
The role is ultimately about being called to make a difference in the lives of those who are often marginalised or who have gone through significant difficulties in finding a place to call home
